Return policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you receive your order damaged or faulty, please contact the following address info@chimo.be

To do this, the product must retain its original packaging, refund the products excluding shipping costs.

If the consumer has received the product damaged, proof must be provided here on the day of receipt with a dated photo. You can send the photo to "info@chimo.be".

Notification of the incident must be made within a period of no more than 14 days from delivery.

Please let us know by e-mail to info@chimo.be which product you are returning. You must return the product in the same packaging. If there is an additional gift with the order it will also be returned.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
